Teresa is our Senior Negotiator and has worked in Estate Agency for Fortnam Smith & Banwell for some 20 years plus so is a well known and respected local face. With unrivalled local and estate agency knowledge, Teresa carries out valuations, property inspections, viewings, creates property particulars and deals with the daily negotiations ensuring that the best possible price is achieved for your property. Teresa plays netball in a Local Netball League and helps run and coach Axe Vale Netball Club for junior girls in the locality. When not playing netball, Teresa can be found paddleboarding,/swimming in the sea, spending time with her family or walking with her lovely dog Lola!
