Laura has been part of the team at Fortnam Smith & Banwell for more than 6 years and having lived and worked locally all her life, her knowledge of Seaton and the local area is vast. Originally working in journalism and marketing, her background means that her literary skills are exemplary in producing property brochures and advertising/social media for our clients. A particular interest in property brought Laura to Estate Agency where she has honed her negotiating and estate agent skills leading to promotion to Assistant Manager within the firm. Laura is involved in all aspects of the business, including carrying out valuations, producing brochures, photography, negotiating offers and sales chasing, ensuring that each sale goes through to completion with ease. An avid National Trust supporter, Laura loves to walk and is interested in history, alongside gardening, reading and the odd spot of DIY since purchasing her first home in Colyton.
